  • Do you offer delivery, setup, and teardown?
Yes, we provide full-service delivery, professional setup, and teardown for all rentals to ensure your event looks perfect. Our team handles the heavy lifting and precise placement of backdrops and floral walls so you can focus on your guests.

  • What is your service area?
Dreamful Event Rentals proudly serves Chicago and all surrounding suburbs, including Northbrook, Highland Park, Glenview, and beyond. Delivery is FREE within 100 miles of our Northbrook warehouse (60062)

  • Can I pick up the items myself?
NO. To ensure the safety of our premium inventory and your personal vehicle, we do not offer client pickups. Our professional crew is fully insured and trained to transport and install our oversized decor safely using custom-fitted delivery vans.

  • DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM FLOWER WALLS?
Yes. Every one of our flower walls is handcrafted from scratch. We hand-select only the most realistic, premium-grade florals to ensure a natural look that mimics fresh blooms. This bespoke process allows us to tailor the design to perfectly match your event’s style and personality.

  • Can I see the decor in person before booking?
NO. While our warehouse is not open for public browsing to protect the inventory, we offer high-resolution photos and can provide detailed videos of any product. This allows you to see the exact texture and quality of our flower walls and backdrops from the comfort of your home.

  • CAN WE HANG A SIGN ON THE FLOWER WALL?
Yes, but it has to be acrylic, plywood or a neon sign. Metal signs are not accepted. They will damage the wall.

  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP THE FLOWER WALLS/SHIMMER WALLS/BACKDROPS?
Once we have unloaded the wall, and are inside the venue, set-up takes approximately 20-40 minute, DEPENDING ON THE SETUP. Take down is 1/2 hour.

  • Are the photos on your website of your actual inventory?
Yes! All photos showcased on our website are of our actual rental inventory. What you see in our galleries is exactly what will be delivered to your venue.

  • What is your cancellation or postponement policy?
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. The initial $150 service retainer is non-refundable. Cancellations made more than two weeks before the event will receive a refund of the balance paid; however, cancellations within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for a refund.

DO YOU SERVICE EVENTS OUTSIDE OF CHICAGO?

We are happy to deliver to events outside of Chicago. The delivery and set up fee varies by miles.

  • Is there a minimum order amount for delivery?
We currently have a minimum investment of $1,000 for our full-service decor packages. This ensures we can provide the high level of setup and attention to detail that Dreamful Event Rentals is known for.

  • How far in advance should I book?
To ensure availability for popular dates—especially during the Chicago wedding and gala seasons—we recommend booking 3 to 6 months in advance. For custom floral orders, we require at least 60 days' notice.

  • Are your floral centerpieces pre-made or custom-designed?
Every centerpiece at Dreamful Event Rentals is handcrafted from scratch. We don’t use mass-produced arrangements; instead, we hand-select only the most realistic, "real-touch" florals to build each design. This allows us to customize the height, color palette, and fullness to perfectly complement your table settings.

  • What styles of centerpieces do you offer?
We specialize in high-impact floral designs, including our signature Candelabra rentals, candle decor, and elevated floral stands. Because we build our arrangements from scratch, we have the flexibility to use only the most lifelike blooms available, ensuring your guests experience the luxury of fresh flowers with the structural perfection of premium silk.

  • Can I mix and match different centerpiece styles?
YES. We often recommend a "high-low" mix to add visual interest and dimension to your ballroom.

  • Do the centerpiece rentals include the vases or stands?
Yes, all centerpiece rentals include our premium hardware, such as gold stands, crystal candelabras, or glass vases.

  • Can you recreate a centerpiece I saw on Pinterest?
Yes! We love using your inspiration photos as a starting point. Since we build every arrangement from scratch, we aren't limited to a catalog. We can study your inspiration and use our realistic, premium silk botanicals to recreate that specific look while tailoring it to fit your Chicago venue’s dimensions.

  • Do you offer centerpiece options for long banquet or "King" tables?
Absolutely. For rectangular or banquet-style seating, we can create custom floral runners or "flower bridges" from scratch. These designs use the same high-end, lifelike blooms as our flower walls to create a continuous, lush look down the entire length of the table.

  • Do you provide a mockup or sample of the centerpiece?
For our full-service decor packages, we provide high-resolution photos and videos of your specific design. Since every piece is hand-assembled with our premium, lifelike botanicals, this ensures you are 100% happy with the fullness and color palette before we arrive at your Chicago venue.

  • Why do you have a minimum investment for your services?
