1. CAN I PICK UP THE DECOR MYSELF?
    No, for your safety and insurance purposes, we have to deliver and set-up. No. Most items are oversized and will not fit in a standard passenger vehicle. Our professional delivery crew are full insured and trained to lift and setup your decor in place and our delivery van is custom fitted and equipped to safely transport your items.

2. WHAT IS THE DELIVERY AND RETURN PICKUP FEE?
   The delivery is FREE if your location is up to 30 miles from our warehouse based in Northbrook IL, 60062. If your location is over 30 miles, there is an extra charge, of 2$/mile. A break down and pick up fee will be applied: $90 if pick up is before 11pm, $130 if pick up is after 11pm.

3. CAN I VIEW THE DECOR PRIOR TO THE RENTAL? 
    We store the flower walls in a warehouse, which is not open to the public. However, you can see photos on our website, or we can send you a video of the product you are interested in.

4.  DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM FLOWER WALLS?
   All our flower walls are custom made, so we make sure they fit your style and personality. However, if you require different colors than we currently stock, it is considered special order. We need 60 days notice and there will be an extra charge.

5.  DO YOU LIGHT THE FLOWER WALLS/SHIMMER WALLS?
    We provide up lightning for the floral decor. If that's something you are interested in, please study our ADD-ons section from Services 

6. CAN WE HANG A SIGN ON THE FLOWER WALL?
    Yes, but it has to be acrylic, plywood or a neon sign. Metal signs are not accepted. They will damage the wall.

7. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP THE FLOWER WALLS/SHIMMER WALLS/BACKDROPS?
    Once we have unloaded the wall, and are inside the venue, set-up takes approximately 20 minute. Take down is 1/2 hour

8.  HOW LONG DO BALLOONS LAST?
   INDOOR - Many air filled balloon designs can last weeks indoors! The longevity of the balloons will depend on the environmental conditions of the space. All of our helium balloons will float for at least 3 days if indoors, but typically much longer! 
    OUTDOOR - We cannot guarantee that balloons will last any specific amount of time when used outdoor. The sun, heat, wind, rain, etc., affects the lifespan of the balloons.

9.  CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN BALLOONS?
     Yes, but is not necessary to purchase your own balloons unless they are are specialty balloons with custom printed logos or personalized messages. If they are defective or burst during or after inflation, you will still be charged the full amount for that balloon. We can not guarantee the quality nor speculate about the longevity of balloons not provided by us.

10. DO YOU SERVICE EVENTS OUTSIDE OF CHICAGO? 
     We are happy to deliver to events outside of Chicago. The delivery and set up fee varies by miles.

11.   WHAT IF I BREAK OR DAMAGE A RENTAL?
    The cost to repair or replace an item ranges from $200 - $1500 depending on the extent of the damage. We ask that you take special care when using rentals and maintain them in the same condition they when received in. You will be responsible for any damage whether caused by you, an event guest or venue staff.

12.  WHAT IF I LOOSE A RENTAL?
     You are responsible for the replacement cost of the item. However, we do allow our customers 2 weeks to try to find the item, as it will usually reappears.

13. HOW DO I BOOK?
   For your convenience, just fill out our contact form, and based on the product you are interested in, we will send you a contract. In order to secure your date, we require a 50% retainer fee and a signed contract at the booking time, with the remaining balance due 10 days prior to the event.

14. WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
   We accept quick pay, check, cash, and credit cards. There is a 3% charge applied when paying with a credit card. Because we rent our decor, we also require a credit card on file.

15. WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
     Cancellation request must be made in writing by mail or email only. Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the time of request. Refunds will be considered as follows:
 The Service Retainer ($150) is non-refundable.
 *Refunds requested more than 2 weeks to event: Total money paid minus retainer.
 *Refunds requested less than 2 weeks to event: a maximum of 50% of the final total is refundable.
 *No refund will be made within 2 day of event date.
